It has been a real blessing to read Ephesians again. I have looked at the stuff I've underlined in the past and found new stuff to highlight as well. Eph. 4:11-13 is my philosophy of ministry and it is always great to read it again and be reminded as to what I am called to do. I was so blessed by the comments during our campfire on the weekend from the youth and am greatful to God for the way He is working and challenging them. I am continuing to pray that God would reveal His love more and more so that we can expereince more fo the life he has for us. Eph. 2:4 "But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Chirst." I pray that we may be more and more 'alive' with Christ as we surrender to God's leading and say what he prompts us to say and do what he prompts us to do. It's through these challenges that I feel more alive than ever. Bless you as you keep reading. Pastor Pete
Eph 4:25-32 provide practical advice for Christians. Vs 26 always reminds me of my Dad citing the passage, "don't let the sun go down while you are angry at someone". When we had disagreements in the family or just between one another, he wanted to clear the air before we went off to bed. That truth has always remained with me. Don
