Just as a note, I am leaving this coming Sunday. I will still try and post notes as I'm gone to Briercrest, I would just like to ask for some pray as this moving is making me very nervous. I will continue to read along with all of you at home, hopefully I'm not too distracted. I pray all of you will have a fresh new start at what ever September brings to your life. *Tiffany
ReplyDeleteLord, thank you for Tiffany and for her desire to follow you and for her desire to further her studies in a Christian environment. Give her your peace as she moves to Briercrest. We know big steps like this sometimes make us anxious. May her time there be one of tremendous growth in her spiritual life. Be with Annie and Tamera as well as we know they will miss her. Bless this family. Amen

I love Romans 8. Two truths always encourage me as I read that chapter:
ReplyDelete1. The Holy Spirit helps me in my distress. When I don't know what to pray, the Holy Spirit goes to God with our groanings and the Heavenly Father knows exactly what I'm trying to say. So many times I don't know what to pray, or I find it hard to pray because I'm so overcome with emotion, or whatever, but the Holy Spirit prays on my behalf.
2. NOTHING can separate me from the love of God. He loves me, He loves me, He loves me...no matter what.
Good-bye Tiffany. Hopefully you won't be so busy at school that we won't receive any postings from you at Briercrest and maybe even hear how things are going. I trust that as God has led you to Briercrest, that you will learn and grow more in Him.

"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12:2
ReplyDeleteI love this verse! It is such a great reminder to DIE to yourself and to LIVE for Christ.
