I am just wondering who is still keeping up with the readings. Just so we can keep praying for and encouraging each other. Thanks Wannetta for posting comments to give us all encouragement.

I'm keeping up...it is my strength!
ReplyDeleteMerle
Hey,
ReplyDeleteI am keeping up for the most part too. I found it hard to read for awhile as it seemed as I was reading the same thing over and over but it is getting better now. Keep it up!

I had to catch up a few chapters yesterday, but was impacted by two things as I was reading.
ReplyDelete1. Praise the Lord for our seniors. Prov.16:31 - "Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is gained by living a godly life." Prov.20:29 - "...the gray hair of experience is the splendor of the old." They have wisdom and life experiences that we can all learn from.
2. Prov.18:21 "...for the tongue has the power of life and death." Our words have such a huge impact. Hebrews 4:12 says that the Word of God is full of living power. Combine the two verses and consider how much power you have available with your tongue if you speak the word of God.
Have a good day. Happy reading!
